TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL BOOKING TERMS: These booking terms are between the person, all members of the holiday party or legal entity making the Booking (‘You/Yours’) and the owner Mr R S & Mrs A K Sohanpal (‘Us/Ours’). By making a Booking You are deemed to accept and be bound by these Booking Terms. You must have the authority &responsibility to accept all terms & condition on behalf of all other party members. You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and be over 18 years of age to make a booking. For large group bookings or if you or member of your party are under 18, or for any special arrangements, please contact us to check if we can accommodate you.

RESERVATION & DEPOSIT: Reservations can be made by our online booking system from our website. We will confirm the reservation by email, and hold it for you for a maximum of 5 days. A 50% deposit and completed booking form must be received with in 5 days of a reservation; otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. We will confirm the reservation to you by email. You must check this and notify us of any errors immediately.

PAYMENTS: Payment can be made by online booking gateway. After a deposit has been paid the balance needs to be paid 8 weeks before the holiday is due to start. If you book your holiday less than 10 weeks before it is due to start you must pay the full cost of your holiday at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the guest to pay the final balance when it becomes due, and although every effort will be made to email them at the time, we are under no obligation to do so as emails sometimes go astray and we may not be aware this has happened.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: If you cancel your holiday more than 10 weeks before it is due, we will retain the deposit, but will return the remaining balance. If you cancel your holiday less than 10 weeks before it is due to start, we will retain all monies paid to us. However we will try to rebook the holiday and if successful we will refund you your payment, less the deposit. We strongly advise that holiday cancellation is purchased.

We may be able to arrange to change the dates but you must pay all additional costs due to the change.

SECURITY DEPOSIT /DAMAGE & GUESTS OBIGATION: We require a security deposit in cash to be paid on arrival. This is refundable within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday less any payments for damage, returning left belongings or excess cleaning required.

Number of guests: Total number of guests must not exceed that stated for the property booked except by prior arrangement. If it does happen, we will deny your access, or ask to leave before the end of your holiday. You will not be entitled to any refund or any compensation, as your holiday will be treated as having been cancelled.

Arrival/Departure: Arrival time on the first day is 1pm and departure time 10am on the last day, except for prior arrangements. If you are arriving late it is your responsibility to inform us of late arrival so we can arrange entry or our representative is able to greet you on arrival. If you do not contact us and have not arrived by 1pm on the day following your excepted arrival date we will treat your holiday, as having been cancelled by you and you will not be entitled to any refund.

Pets: No pets are allowed in the property.

No Smoking: Strictly no smoking or e-cigarettes in the property

No Naked Flames/ No Candles: No open fire or Candles on the property

Guest’s Obligation: You must keep all furniture, fittings and effects in the property, in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of holiday. Any Loss, damage & breakage must be reported and will have to be paid for unless of a minor nature like occasional breakage of a cup or a crockery. Please report any malfunction of equipment immediately so we can get it repaired promptly.

While you are residing in the property you must take all reasonable precautions to keep it safe and secure. Any lost keys or any security issues must be reported immediately.

You must keep the property clean & tidy any excess cleaning will be charged. Towels must not be removed from the property. Please bring your own beach towels. You must behave considerately towards others, to us, or representatives, our neighbours and the community. If your behaviour in our opinion is unacceptable, we reserve the right to bar you from the property without any refund or any other liability.

Owners Access: Access must be allowed to us, or any representative to the grounds at any reasonable time during your holiday.

Cancellation and changes by us:
Once we have issued a written booking confirmation we will do our best not to make any charges to your booking. We undertake to inform you promptly of any changes. In the unlikely event of cancellation of your holiday, we will refund all monies paid but we will have no further liability or obligation

Liability:
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. We accept no liability for any loss, damage or accident to property , pets, person, vehicles (their contents) whilst on premises or in car park. We will not be responsible for failure of services beyond our control. Children must be supervised all times.

Making A Complaint:
Its is very important to us that you enjoy your stay with us and we will do everything in our power to put this right if anything goes wrong. However we do not take responsibility for failure of services beyond our control.

Website Accuracy:
We do everything we can to ensure the accuracy of the information we provide, especially on our website. We accept no liability for changes, or for changes to amenities and local activities, included those listed in our website. Distances listed are approximate.
